Park & Weinstein, LLP was formed in October, 1998 as a merger between two sole practitioner law firms operated by Howard M. Weinstein, Esq. and Jill SunJung Park, Esq. Ms. Park opened the Fort Lee office in 1995, and Mr. Weinstein opened the Millburn, New Jersey office in 1992. Mr. Weinstein's specialty is criminal defense law. The practice also includes attorneys specializing in civil litigation, business law, real estate, landlord-tenancy, bankruptcy and family law.
